How to monetize my site?
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

Hi,

I have a website with many useful online tools: Online Conversions | Find the converter you need

Currently I don't earn from it even though it already got 1,000 visits per day.

How can I monetize it?

Thanks!

You might want to try to get advertisers if you have 1,000 visitors pretty consistently.

Other options would be PPC (Google adwords, Bing ads, Facebook ads)

You also should have an opt-in page on your site to capture some of this traffic

Hope that helps.

Rick

You need to explore what kind of traffic you get. When you know what kind of people are coming to your site and what they're interested in, only then can you place an offer on your site that will convert decently and make you money. To make it short; what's the best way to monetize your site? It will depend on where you get your visitors from and what they are interested in!

The site is simple and there probably isn't a lot of room for improvement, I'm suspecting that people aren't spending much time on your site either, taking all this into account I would go with adsense or other form of advertising.

I agree.

Do you still have your game site? Maybe link to that.

Are people using the site? I would think you would get a lot of visitors in research mode. And the curious and bored.

Think about what type of audience use your site and test some CPA offers. You can even test some CPM banner ads.

Hi gamestoenjoy,

Thanks for your question. If you ask me, as foreign (Non us based) Internet Marketer I'm always using currency converters, so have you tried with adding Internet marketing/afffiliate products to your site?

Just a thought...

Kind regards,
Robin

Correct me if I'm wrong, I noticed that you're not sell anything on your site...

Perhaps you can:

- redesign your site to make it more professional (consider outsource to a pro)
- insert an opt-in form
- sell ad space
- google adsense
- promote affiliate products

Hope it helps.

I would start by looking at competing websites and see what types of ads they have and see how they are monetizing their sites.

I would also fo with adsense. Your traffic being from US the CPC and CPM is higher and you should be able to earn a bit over 50$/month, which is not a lot but better than nothing.

you can try to promote ads over there, especially the one that you think will be interesting for your audience, but also, you can try to contact publishers, and then sell some positions on the website, you could generate some good incomes!!
