Where to go if you don't trust Googles stats
I know as years go by that we might have to change our keywords because people change how they look up things. So here is the problem, how to find them.
When looking at my google analytics account which might show me only 10 keywords for every 200 views to my site often gives me much different information then what their keyword planner does.
For example lets say that out of 1000 views google says keyword x was asked 20 times but since they don't ever tell you all the keywords used how do I know that that number isn't really 200.
Next I go into keyword planner and type in the keyword that google analytics said was used 20 times last month and they say in their global and national stats that the word was never used.
So in one google tool is says keyword x was used at least 20 times just to get to my site and in another tool it says it was never used. So my big question is where do we go to find keyword information if we don't trust what google is showing us as so many tools I have use googles information.
