How to reach WF support these days?

Does anyone have any tricks to reaching support at the WF these days? I posted a new WSO thread several days ago, payment went through but it is not showing in my offers sections as pending and I have heard nothing from the WF regarding it's approval. I opened a support ticket on Friday, and no response either.

Any ideas??

Thanks!

The WSO Approvals process is a bit of a mystery to everyone right now. Everyone knows it's changed, but it's not reflected in the Help section or marketplace rules. It's "Post an offer and see what happens!"

From my experience support is usually good, get back to you within 24 hours usually. Did you get an email confirmation about the ticket? From memory it's just support@warriorforum.com or the links in footer.

It is the weekend here in Australia if this has any bearing on response time. (Currently 11PM Sydney time Sunday so if it's Monday to Friday, they'll be in the office in about 10.5 hours?).

Melody mentioned that she has already done that in her OP.

Melody, it's as if more pieces of this forum puzzle go missing each and every day.

If you run a 24/7 business - if you accept payment 24/7 - then "weekend" is not an excuse.

posted a new WSO thread several days ago,
Hard to imagine why it would take "days" to approve a WSO by a long term member....and I've heard this same complaint several times recently. Where is the delay? Remember when paying for the WSO meant it went "live" immediately? Maybe paying in advance takes away the 'urgency"?

Hope it gets solved for you soon.

Well....I heard from support about an hour ago - and a) my thread is still 'under moderation' and b) while under moderation, the thread does not show up as pending anywhere. I also never received any acknowledgement of the payment from the WF.

The email said that it can take up to 48 hours....and that's about where we are at this point.

The whole process seems more than a bit disjointed these days - you have no idea if anyone actually received it as there is no acknowledgement from the system of either the payment or the submission.

So at least I know that it is somewhere in the system....I think.....

    Melody -

I notice your offer of original coloring pages is not a WSO -but was put in Classifieds.

Do you know why that happened? Seems to meet all the criteria for a WSO and I'm trying to understand what is now the definition of "your own product".

Free Offers are not allowed in the WSO section ---> they are sent to classifieds.

      Rule #3: Free Offers

If your offer is free, then this is to be posted in the Warrior Forum Classified Ads sub-forum.
The section got spammed to death with so-called vendors basically paying $20 to collect opt-ins instead of selling stuff. Free offers flooded the section so bad Alaister made the decision to not allow them. A bit of public discussion occurred on where to place the "free offers" prior to the decision being made.

That rule came into effect when the new rules were written, the same rules that say all non-freelancer based income claims will be rejected.

Good catch - I didn't note the 'price'.

I remember it being disallowed - but so were income claims....

Yeah, I'm not sure on who or what is deciding which rules to enforce, or why... I do have a suspicion or two...all I know is they have been enforcing that freebie one from the beginning.
