Magazine style templates seem to be in vogue at the moment - just do a simple search on google for "free magazine style WP templates" to get an idea on what's around. I have loaded a few myself but they can be tricky to modify when it comes to the php files. Many would say that it is better to keep it simple, get something working as quickly as possible, and then track your results. You can always load another theme later. Also, if you your job is to pre-sell your affiliate products to your visitors, the less to distract them the better. Don't get sucked in to spending hours created a fancy blog that may not add any value. I know of successful bloggers who do nothing more than use the basic free wordpress default blog with a few minor tweaks. Andrew G. |
