Script for site to pop under a link for a site I dont own?

I know I have seen this somewhere -
Lets say I wanted to share an article from USA today, and when the visitor goes to leave, my landing page is under the USA today page.

So I can share anything relevant to my niche, and capture more leads from visitors.

What script/software can do that?

    Hey Melanie, I don't know about any script or software that can do that but there's always the option of PPV (pay per view) traffic.

    Basically it's adware based, and people who download the adware in exchange for something (like a free game or coupon) are shown pop-up ads when they visit certain sites determined by the advertiser.

    I was thinking more along the lines of -
    find a relevant article and post it on FB, as everyone loves to click and read information-
    then having my site pop under the link ready with a capture page.

    I know someone has done this - just cannot remember where I saw it before.
