How can affiliates track conversions?

Hey guys, I read these forums quite a bit but don't post very often. Anyways, I was wondering how an affiliate can go about tracking their conversions without being able to place a conversion pixel on any confirmation page.

I want to advertise my new gambling site on exoclick, but I have a huge problem that I've never encountered before. How can you track sales when you are unable to place a pixel on any confirmation page?

Obviously, I am going to want to track the number of conversions coming from each placement in exoclick so that I can block the underperformers. Is there a way that this is possible? I am not using any big affiliate program like commission junction that might offer some feature like this. The two I am using are Bet365 and commission.bz. Any help at all on this problem would be ever so greatly appreciated. Cheers!

EDIT: A sale in this case would be a person that signs up and creates an account for one of the online casinos. Currently, I can only track clicks.

Bump. Anyone have any ideas or have used Bet365 or Commission.bz in the past and know how to set up the tracking for it?

I'm just curious how it would be able to track it. On their website it lists 5 ways it can track:

      1. Conversion Code Snippet - Code needs to be placed on merchants confirmation page. I highly doubt Bet365 is going to do that for a small time affiliate.

      2. Conversion Pixel - Also needs to be placed on merchants confirmation page. Again, not going to happen.

      3. OnClick Conversion Tracking - This assumes that every click is a conversion which is definitely not the case. I can do this type of tracking myself with GA.

      4. Server-toServer (postback) conversion tracking - Bet365 does not support this. Also, seems way to technical for me.

      5. TID conversion tracking - Bet365 doesn't support tid or sid parameters in the URL.

It seems like a lot of gambling affiliates are way behind on the times when it comes to conversion tracking. So am I completely screwed? Do I have to rely on using clicks as my conversion measurement? Is there any other way?

You cannot simply ask them to place conversion pixel to offer confirmation page? Why is that just contact them
