Advice on Business Names ($20 for best name)

I will be registering a company name shortly and, after that, look into registering various trademarks. I am having a little trouble coming up with a business name which expresses my vision.

I want something that covers the industry (web services), but isn't too bland.

I am looking for some advice on how others come up with business names or even domain names which are unique, explanatory and professional. Do you have any resources you use for generating good names, like domain names etc?

One business name I am looking into is:

Rochey Web Services.

What do you think? Does it say it all? is it too boring? My idea is to prefix the explanatory part (web services etc.) with something unique. Any idea on developing that unique word?

This is my first company (am currently sole trading) so I'd love some advice from experienced business owners.

Will send over $20 to the person who gets the best name.

Thanks
Damien.

Can you specify on your services/product?

Rochey Web Services sounds to me like a one person shop or reputation. IF Roche is a branded name, then that would be GREAT.

    Thanks guys, extremely helpful.

    @Makul

Well, as of now the services cover web development and design: Online applications, websites etc. but I have enough experience in SEO to offer services of that kind, so ideally, it would cover the entire spectrum.

Of course, eventually, I will be hiring other people who can fill in the gaps so I am looking for something which will still make sense if/when I expand to new avenues.

Rochey isn't registered and roche has expired (in uk). Again, I wouldn't want to give the impression of a one person shop as I would eventually have people working under me. Maybe that's just because you know my last name

    Thanks again!

I personally don't think that using you Surname will make people think you are a one man band.

Instead of Web Services what about Ebusiness Solutions or even Web Solutions

When I first saw it, I did not know your last name and I thought it was my lack of English vocabulary, then I saw it and realized it.

If this is local, you can have your city name, Example torontowebservices.com

I am personally a fan of putting my name with the company because that limits it to running without me, (and I am being hypocritical since this is the first time I am doing exactly that )

True Makul. It may work with a local prefix, but because of the global nature of the web I think that would have a severe impact on globalizing the company, which is my intention from the offset.

Thanks Skint, I think solutions is a better keyword there.

Anyone else got any ideas? Any useful name generators you use?

    Damien.
    Rochey Web Solutions.

    ..hmmm...
