Yep just as soon as I get my new SSL installed, I waited till the last day to renew it (No Idea Why ..lol) So now FireFox says my site is untrusted ... Grr!! Waiting on email now so I can finish install..

After doing some further research I have seen similar false accusations of guys like John Reese, Frank Kern, Mike Filsaime, Ewen Chia etc... just to mention a few.

All respected internet marketing gurus, falsely accused as well.

So being in there just seems like proof that I'm doing things right.

also been abused, just like everything else.

To think he and ROR have been sued countless times. With very little success.

Daniel, looks like you know and did everything possible. At least you have done
something to counter this.

Obviously some people will still believe you're a "crook" or whatever. But IMHO
you'll be fine anyway, especially when you're prepared to show otherwise.

I never ssid he "has to" remove anything, I said he is under no obligation because he is not under US laws. His server is not us based and that even includes his back bone provider. If he was US based then yes he could be forced to remove the false crap with a C&D .. But he knows this, that is why he moved the servers.

Just offering support as you seem to have enough ideas flying around on how to deal with this problem.

It also appears that you have some good company who have made it into the report before you!

Just out of curiosity what happened to mistakenly get some one banned from this forum?

It sounds to me that this individual is just a disgruntled customer. I wouldn't worry about it too much. If your product/service is still selling then think of this report as doing you a favour. Put another way, any form of PR is good PR. It puts your name out there.

In addition, have you been able to post a comment challenging this person to come clean? Just an idea.

Furthermore, I have come to notice that there are many AP's out there that are selling review websites where people pretend to give product reviews. I've seen many product reviews where they scream scam and then offer an alternative competing product.

Let me also give you another reason to let this monkey-on-a-keyboard-who-had-a-fit-for-not-being-given-their diet-of-bananas. There's a new product out called bulletcashmethod. I've been following this closely cos when the product was launched everyone on WF was ripping it to shreds screaming SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. WF had to intervene and set up a separate forum stream. Now this second forum has ideas/comments expressed by people who have bought the product and all are delighted with their purchase.

My point is this, if you are genuine in what you are selling then brush this slight as just human nature. We need to bring people down a peg or two just to put our own miserable lives into perspective.

I don't do those pages, one of my VAs does.

Part of my backlink campaigns, those are Angela's backlinks I believe.

One of my VAs is from there. Michael Linley (mikelinley), he is a Warrior here.

But our locations can be easily verified by our IP address, so I'm not worried about that mistake he made.

I told him to change them so that the bastard who posted the fake ROR couldn't manipulate them against me. He already tried using that.

Pretty much like you're doing now.
