I'd submit as many articles as you can as often as you can. It takes time to see results but if you can, do several each week.

There are a lot of directories to choose from but my favourites are:

    ezinearticles
    articlesbase
    goarticles
    idea marketers

    Good luck

Ezine articles is my favourite one to submit to. The main thing is that when you post, you get the keywords right to get the best results.

I have a question: I have heard about spindistribute.com as a good way to have your articles submitted. However, when you go to there site they ask for your e-mail and your email password. Does anyone know why?

Forget spinners until you consider yourself NOT a newb. Dana is spot on really, hit the first 5 top article directories AFTER you have your article on you own site. Read http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...eza-first.html if you need clarification why you need the articles on your own site first.

When I began I submitted my stuff to at least 25 directories, but my analysis proved that only the top 5 will get you traffic. The other 20 were simple back-links - which you may want if you're new to this.

Here's a good spot to find the top 50 directories - Top 50 Article Directories

Submit to as many as you can although it is best to concentrate on those that have a PR4 or higher as you will likely get more exposure

If you submit manually, write different versions of the article and submit to EzineArticles.com, GoArticles.com and IdeaMarketers.com.You can also use a submission service called SubmitYourArticle.com and they submit different versions of your article to hundreds of sites.

I have started with a professional writing me a few articles to start with who taken care of the submission to places like enzine articles and go articles, and i have seen some good results on my blood sugar hubpages guide, but i reckon you should just start slow as i also write too and use the expert and just do around 2-5 a week of articles around 250 words-500 words

but to see more tarffic then make sure you back them up on stumbleupon and digg and places like that so you have backlinks also.

    hope that helps.
