Quick question - Anyone recommend a good exit pop-over?

Hi everyone.
I need a good exit pop-over generator for a down sell on an offer.
can anyone recommend a decent one which is low/reasonable cost as well?

Dave Guindon's Exit Splash is the best out there.

I use optin pop for Wordpress. It's free though I did stump up for the paid version for the extra functionality.

Lost the link when my old computer died, but I had one that was cobbled together with simple css and javascript. The css put a span across the top of the page, and an onMouseover event triggered the pop.
