Audio onto website - the best free method, help please.

INTERNET MARKETING

Can anyone help please?
I'm after the simplest and best means of embedding audio onto my website that will automatically start playing when the page loads into a web browser.
i use Audacity for the recording, it's just embeding it onto the webpage so it will auto play. The software i currently use does'nt have that option.

Hi Lisa,
thanks very much for that. I have downloaded the flash player. However when I click on the 'Install' file, I get an error which says that the page has been moved.

Can you help again? Thanks heaps. very much appreciated.

  Try downloading again or contacting the site owner. I guess there's a chance he disappeared since I downloaded the program way back when. Let me know what you fine out.

I'd advise against BGSOUND -- because there's no way for the user to turn it off. Use a real audio control in case the user's at work, etc.

Have you looked at Create text-to-speech (TTS) podcast from RSS feed for iPod, iPhone, MP3 player and mobile phone - I'm not sure if this might be what you are looking for, but it is an interesting text to voice option.
