Need Help With Unsubscribe Issue
I don't know how to handle this.
I use Aweber.
Today I got an email from one of my subscribers asking me to unsubscribe
them from 2 of their emails. The email address it came from was one that
was already unsubscribed.
I have over 20 lists. Aweber does NOT have a global search function, meaning
that I have to go to each list and look for those email addresses to
unsubscribe them.
I do not feel I should have to do this. The emails the person receives has
an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each one. All they have to do is
click on it and they're gone.
If I continue sending emails to those addresses, am I guilty of spam?
That's my main concern.
Other than that, how would you handle this?
