Read this article today with theses interesting comments:

52% of social network users had become a fan or follower of a company or brand, while 46% had said something good about a brand or company on a social networking Website--double the percentage who had said something negative (23%).

I am really happy to read these numbers as its what I had expected and help prove that this the social networks are not a fad but a great way to recruit product/company evangelists who help spread company info even more.

    I read a good article about building a good degree of automation to the spread of information which can help keep Facebook fan pages interesting but nothing will beat real human interaction. It can seem like too much work but if that is the case I recommend to choose and have a strategy for what you choose to answer.
