How/Where to find Affiliate Marketers?

Hello everyone, I need your help. I am just an employee who was given a task to find affiliates. I really do not have any idea how or where because I came from a different department. I am just browsing, joining forums but I am really lost. Please help me how or where to start. Marketing lingo is still new to me. Thank you very much

    Have your company set up with an affiliate network to start.
    Make sure they have banners, email swipes, articles or anything that will help an affiliate.
    Then start looking for affiliates.

    Go to the JV section of this forum and post your offer for the affiliates. Your company could also add the offer to JVzoo.com, Clickbank, or CJ.com to get affiliates that way, or join a CPA network.

    You may get your expected people on the Affiliate Programing site. Such as JVZOO/ Clickbank & so on. Or, you can hire freelancers from any Freelancing market place. they will work for you. Thanks for your asking. best of luck.

    Note: The method I am about to explain will only work if your product is in the Internet Marketing/Make Money Online niche.

    1 - Create a product launch for the product.
    2 - Create an affiliate recruitment page (JV page) for the product.
    3 - Announce the product on JV announcement sites.

    For me this is working.

    Go to facebook, search for affiliate and join different groups.

    After you get approval from group post your requirement there..

    many peoples will reply or comment on your posts. Then you connect them.

    I also find many from twitter and way2progress too.
