Hi
I have a copy of AK Elite which I haven't used for a while. Now wanting to use it and its not working, not pul;ling data from Amazon about competitor titles.

Support is not responding at all - sent twice and had no reply

Anyone else had this problem and any idea how I can solve it please?

    Hmm. Maybe they stopped offering support. Are you trying to use it for Kindle books? Try KindleSpy or KDROI instead! Much better and easy to use.

    yes, I have this problem and Brad Callen does not respond. No support at all. Useless and unprofessional.
