Hi warriors, Out of curiosity, how much would you pay for a niche blog (in your niche) with these characteristics:

Hello Johnny, $50 is a great price considering you're getting articles too. I recommend paying $200 or so and get an exclusive with what you're asking for in your post. Check out the "websites for sale" section here on the WF. Some great talent in there. Hit them with a PM if you like their designs. Good luck! Dennis |

Hey Johnny, By listing it as PLR, I would assume that you intend to sell it to more than just one person. If that is the case, the question would then become; How many copies of this blog do you intend to sell? (The more copies you sell, the less value it will have) The next question: Which niche will the blog target? As you probably already know, "all niches are not created equal..." If you choose as your topic, say, "Weight Loss", that might be considered too broad a term and not targeted enough. The PLR content that you supply would be considered mostly "Filler text" since it would have to be rewritten prior to launching the site so as to be unique from the other sites, as would the header graphics. I'm not sure if this helps, since part of your post sounds like you may be offering to build a site based on someone's unique specifications while the other part (PLR) sounds like you may want to sell it to several buyers. If it is the latter, and the site is well thought out, you could probably get about $15 bucks a pop on the PLR market. Hope that helps MikeRogers |

Interesting post. And yes, I was talking about selling PLR blogs to several people (example 100). Best regards Quote:

We (the Niche Power Group) have been selling Niche WordPress blogs as WSOs for a while now at a Warriors price of $29 and they seem to be selling quite well. These have 3-5 Clickbank products, 5 PLR articles and a customized revolution One theme. These ones are limited at 35 sales per site. Cheers, Suzanne |

I sell mine for $37 and because there are no resell rights given, my sales are self-limiting. They have usually over 12 articles and are a highly customized Woo theme with a unique design and logo with numerous forms of monetization displayed and often a PLR ebook to sell.
