Turn a Desktop Site into an App - iOS and Android

I have been researching solutions for turning my clients website into an app for iOS and android. I have two solutions and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with either of them.

Gone native is too expensive and appyeye is just a terrible product from start to finish.

Does anyone know any other companies or sites that could wrap an already responsive website and get them published within the app stores? I dont need any menus or native functions just a simple wrapper that everything would be controlled server side.
