Ask the person you want to make the payment to. Your question is too vague to answer.

Better yet. just try to make the purchase, if you can't use your debit card then you will find out right away

It fully depends on where you want to pay. If your payment receiver accept your Debit Card, there is no problem. Unfortunately most of the site does not support the Debit Card. They wants Credit Card, VISA, Master, American Express, & So on. So you need to check with your payment receiver company. Thanks

I'm a Payoneer user. For five years give it or take. You'll get your Payoneer debit card. It takes 2 to 3 weeks, if you're applying for the first time. You didn't provide enough info about your situation. The tricky part will be the first payment after activation. You will need to have something called "reliable" payment source. I think it needs to be a company or for example a freelance platform. Then you will be able to get payments from credit cards, bank accounts, and other Payoneer cards. Most importantly you'll be able to spend money on your card. Lemme know how it goes. Good luck. N

    Closed.

Not relevant to Internet Marketing, this is a support question or a conversation that you need to have with the other party involved in the transaction. Google is your friend.
