I have 99 lenses and many of them promote my affiliates. What I do is always write good unique content. I make sure I write value that will help someone, rather than promote a product. Then I usually add a module with the link to my website. My two favorite modules are the "black Box" or "big arrow link". That is the only place I put my link. The biggest mistakes people make is that they put more than 2 links on their page. The secret with marketing on Squidoo is to make your lens feel like an article with good information. If it feels like an advertisement it will probably be locked. I hope this helps. |

Thats rite.. they will accept your article if it is unique and useful to readers and just not blatant advertisement.

I would not suggest you to use your affiliate links directly in your squidoo lenses. It's best to use the link to your own sites. That works the best for me and till today, I have not got any lens banned. Hope this helps, Sincerely, Jay B. |

Hi, Squidoo have had problems lately with affiliate orientated lenses and have had a bit of a clamp down. They say you can no longer have a lenses about certain things, such as pharmacuticals. As mentioned earlier you should go to squidoo and read the Squidon't section for more info. Regards |

The most frequent on not being accepted is weight loss, so you can get around it by using smarter keywords, or you could just submit to ezinearticles.com and never have to keep checking on "lens health"
