I created a WordPress plugin that is supposed to help bloggers easily insert customized and different subscription forms for every article published on WordPress. But the plugin didn't take off. I'm not sure what contributed to this lack of reception. I'm guessing it might be the ugly design of the form. (demo here). I'm looking for ideas how to improve the plugin. Here are a few that I'm considering: (1) Create 2 more themes with more appealing designs - allow the user to select a theme from the admin menu. (2) Allow users to insert pictures within the forms - e.g. pictures of ebooks or reports. (3) Create a pop-up form, so that visitors will be forced to either opt-in or close the pop-up before they can access the page (which will be shaded). What do you think about these ideas? Are there specific featured you'd like to see implemented in this plugin? |
