Earl Smith here searching around to see if anyone out there has a instant commission affiliate program that you don't have to buy the tools to promote, and the commission is sent through paypal. These are the ones I like the most cause its no hassle and It helps out both of us.

I ran an affiliate program through Paydotcom so I could pay my affiliates could get their funds via paypal.

It's not exactly instant because I offer a money back guarantee to the customer and it's not sensible to pay affiliate commission before the guarantee has expired. This way you don't end up out of pocket.
