Having loyal customers is a myth in the online world of cut throat competition?
But somewhere, still the thirst of having a loyal customer looks unquenchable, as in the present era people are bombarded with innumerable items at competitive rates, though I have always tried to be one step ahead from my competitors in terms of marketing strategies.
So, if I am offering the same products to the same people at the same price, how can I gain loyal customers?
