What is the best script to use to set up an affiliate link?

Hi All,

I have a product and i want to allow somebody to create an affiliate link to it. This is only going to be a one off, so i don't want to use places like Clickbank or PayDotCom to set up an affiliate program.

What is the best script to use for doing this. As this is only going to be a one time thing, i don't want to be spending a fortune on it either...

    Is there a particular reason you don't want to use ClickBank? It'll only cost you 50 bucks and you can be ready to roll tomorrow, more or less.

    Can you install scripts to your server? And then configure them, etc.?

    What's your time worth?

    I reckon it'd just be quicker and easier to go with ClickBank if it's a digital thing. They'll track. They'll take care of payout. And so on...

    There's a way to exclude your product from the marketplace if you don't want a lot of unknown affiliates. Talk to Customer Support over there and I'm sure they'll tell you how to do it.

    Or, perhaps idevaffiliate. I think that's only, like, a hundred bucks. You could set that up and take care of payments yourself. Then, if you get any other "one-off" JVs in the future, you can handle it through your own inhouse set up.
