Default SPAM is protected by 1st admendment

Ran across an interesting article regarding the guy down south who was charged with all sort of SPAM violations... A court just ruled that the law is to broad and prevents people from communicating their religious or political opinions... therefor steps on our right.

Interesting to see these laws be created, modified, destroyed, re-worked....etc.
