Digital marketing

I have a website/ landing page that I launched a little over a month ago. I hired a marketing agency to handle the digital side of marketing and have been engaging with them for around a month. Recently, I have noticed steady declines in traction and user enquiries. (An average of 2 to 3 less than previously.) According to my agency, Declines this early, are seen to be "normal" until more work as done.
I just want to confirm whether this Is this true?

    I have experienced the same issue with my website; I wouldn't totally blame on the agencies as it might also be due to Search Engine updates as well. If this drop has been happening only for a couple of days, then wait and watch for the rest of the week.

    These drops are "normal" and happen when there is a change in the process and won't last for more than a week unless their technique doesn't work. Do follow-up with their work and reports to make sure things are on wheels.

    What percentage is 2-3 per day? 2 to 3 of the usual 5 or 500? Also, would need more info regarding the market and/or product to offer any insights.
