However, I'm not too sure about creating a blog just to earn from AdSense. I will explain. I have a music blog, wherein I offer a tutoring service. My articles are helpful to my visitors from all over the world in that they offer really handy tips. I also offer private training sessions in my studio, the blog therefore generates the calls and the bookings, and I also get to sell related products off the blog. I also have a weekly column in a local newspaper, that directs traffic back to my blog, and my next plot is to publish a book in paperback on Lulu.com that will be sold off the blog.

So there you have it. Have some long term plans that will take you full circle.

Start with a niche you have knowledge and experience about, as that will make it easier to write.

While you can easily test monetizing with AdSense, for more income for your work it makes sense to also test other ways of monetizing, such as Ebooks, courses, services and other products. So pick a niche which has plenty of products to test.

In my opinion, you should come up with a better plan. I think blogging just to earn money from Adsense is terrible idea. Adsense is a decent secondary method to making money through a website assuming its high-traffic.

1. if you wish to get traffic FOR FREE you should search some threads on this forum. if you have BIGGER BUDGET just buy some targeted traffic from some trusted providers or create ads on facebook, google or others.

2. I would not to choose google ads to profit from, the best choice is solo ads or affiliate links, there you can earn thousands even if you will have small amount of traffic, of course this traffic MUST BE NICHE TARGETED.
