Default Camtasia Question for you video product creators (audio)

When recording your tutorials, do you do your voice recording at the same time as your video recording? I have noticed that a lot of videos I watch, I can hear the keyboard. Does this mean both were recorded at the same time?

I have just downloaded Camtasia, but adding voice later scares me. I am not all that good with timing, so going back and trying to talk over the video and getting everything in seems a little freaky to me.

I find that going back later to do a voice over drives me nuts. For me it's much easier to just talk my way through it and edit as needed.
