Need some opinions and suggestions on my websites please :-)

1 - Without traffic you arent going to sell ad space. I would concentrate on building the site.

About the site - there doesnt appear to be a way to search or filter through videos. Can we see whats trending etc?

Building traffic.....I would research sites such as worldstar to see how they utilize social media.

2 - Honestly with this site there isnt much to say except from it looks pretty average.

Average design, average content , go google some fitness blogs and see the competition you are up against

1. (A). Traffic: After launching the website every owner seeks for traffic. Without it website can not full fill its aim, either website was created for was created to monetize or a non profit website that provide information to world.
So there are a lot of way to get more traffic/ real traffic. Seo is basic and important for key part to get organic traffic. If we have done seo work properly then we should look of another options.
I have filtered 7 ways to attract traffic website.
1. Social Media
2. Writing blog: related to our website and post. Commenting on others blog is also very important. Comment of others blog and leave your website link for more info.
3. Content: As I stated earlier organic traffic is very important and its come free. So work on your content/ quality and matter of video.
4. Google+: Showing your presence is very important, but your are showing your physical presence on web it is very good. On google+ locate your address and pin it.
5. Email Marketing: Ask your developer to do research and create e-mailing system and update your subscriber and new email address with every new post. Make it habit and update it daily to come in lime light.
6. You tube. After google, you tube is largest search engine on our planet. So use it. Post your video on it and do research how to redirect visitor from youtube to your website.
7. Lastly there are a lot of free listing sites, like Reddit. Find few of them and post your website in right niche.

(B). Monetize: There are many ways to monetize from a website. Some of them are listed here:
1.Affiliate Marketing
2.Adsense
3.Sell your page space
4.Sell your own product (But it need proper planning and e commerce knowledge )
5. Ask for charity.
6.There are many other ways too for monetize search over internet and find which one suites your website.

2) LionheartFitness - For All Your Health & Fitness Needs....

This website has same concern as first on. So same idea can be implemented here to get traffic.
This website need to work on its interface. It seems that this website is dedicated to body building but its interface in like that. Need to change its interface and work on its content writing style.

the sites are cool but they need to load faster, install comet cache and jetpack for wordpress

i dont see any overlays collecting emails for your funnel. use monster optin or the free sumome tool.
