Is anyone else having problem with Zazzle ?

I am curious to find out if anyone else is having problems receiving royalty payments from Zazzle.

My payments have been stopped because it says there is a problem with my payment settings. But these settings haven,t changed at all from the previous months when I was receiving payments successfully.

I have contacted customer support who say there is a glitch in the system and their people are dealing with it . This was about 3 weeks ago. If its taking their support staff this long to rectify this problem then I think they need better people working there !! No other organisation I know would accept this.

It has now caused me not to receive my monthly payment for July. This is totally unacceptable considering if it wasn,t for people like me , Zazzle wouldn't exist.

I have now had to take all my products off there so as not to make balance any higher.
So there actions have already lost them revenue. The cleared balance due is well into 3 figures so its no small amount.

They already rob me of 30% due to rules they brought in for designers outside the usa.

I think this is a company that has grown too large and they are beginning to treat people like me like dirt.

I think all I can do is keep pestering them for this outstanding payment then never deal with them again.

Interesting to find out if anyone else is having the same problem. Some forums I have seen say its only affecting UK people.
