I have several affiliates but managing them and bulding new relations takes time, time I would like to spend doing other things. But I still would like to expand the business and make more money. Whats a good way of achieving this goal for a very profitable business... ?

Partner up with someone that likes doing what you do not.....or hire someone for a percentage of the affiliate income

Recruiting and building new relationships is very time consuming but must be done if you want to keep growing. Recruiting affiliates that are already successful in your target market is one of the most direct ways to get good affiliates, but it takes time to find and contact them. Like HomeComputerGames said, you may be able to find someone that will do the recruiting piece for you. A couple years ago I knew of 2 companies that just did recruiting but they are not in business any more and I don't know anyone right now that does recruiting only. |
