Help my GPT site protection against fraud

I have GPT site. Recently, I see have much problem traffic to my site.
I am finding to anti-fraud method. Could anyone help me know how to best anti-fraud for GPT site?

    You are going to find that most of your fraud comes from specific countries. Start by blocking them.

    Next you need to scrub all incoming IPs to see if they are open proxies or not. If they are, block them.

    After that you need to start learning what a normal pattern is on your site. When a pattern happens that is not close to normal you need to flag it for investigation.

    The above is just the start of what you will need to do to keep out most of the fraud.
