Affiliate Marketers to Promote My Product

I'm a publicist and brand marketer who is launching a series of e-books over the next few months. Although I do a little affiliate marketing myself I am looking to bring on a small army of business/entrepreneurship niche affiliates to promote my product. My questions are:

1) Outside of Clickbank - What is the best way to go about recruiting this team?
2) What collateral can I produce to support them in their marketing efforts - flyers? hi-rez photos? Logos?

    What niche do the Ebooks cover? As far as how to help your affiliates, offer giveaways and rewards for affiliates that sell the most ebooks for you. Not only is this incentive, it also helps retain these affiliates to promote your next product. I also recommend you provide your affiliates with pre-written emails about your ebooks in case they have an email list they can promote to.

    Have a product that converts and provide proof to potential affiliates.

    Affiliates are looking for high EPC/ low refund rates = The product converts and buyers are satisfied.

    You can go to Facebook and search for groups like affiliate partners or you can google it as well, there are many sites out there besides clickbank

    You can provide them with email swipes and a link to your sales page you can also give them banners also you need to give them enough commission, so it will be a no brainer for them to promote your ebooks
