I want to sell my website that consistently make at least $100/month from Adsense. I want to sell it at least $2500. What do you think about that? Is this to expensive?
The traffic to my site only a few thousands per month but the CTR more than 10%, that's why my adsense income more than $100/month. This earning is automatic, I just sit and watch my site earn money for me. I want to sell it because I need fast money. Any opinion? |

It depends on the quality of the site. Does it have great content or is it so so? How old is the domain? How much traffic does it receive? All of these are really important factors when setting a price for the site you are selling.

$2500 for a site earning $100/month is steep. I doubt you'll get a taker at that price. It's been awhile since I sold one, but the "going rate" used to be 6-12 months of earnings.
But as the reply above me states, an older domain, good traffic, and solid content will drive the price up. Still, I think you're better off thinking in terms of hundreds, not thousands. Someone who is currently selling sites will correct me if that's "old" thinking. John |

One of my friend sold a blog with earning $60/month from adsense for $2000. My site earn better and automatic. No need update. This website made $2500 in 9 month (average $277/month).

If you have all your ducks in a row, and can show earnings of $100/mo. for more than 6 months, you might get 10-12 times monthly on a long auction. Less than 6 months stable earnings and you're looking at 4-6 times earnings. Mark

In the under-$100k-world, sites sell for a multiple of their revenues. 4-6x monthly at the low end, possibly as high as 18-24x best-case at the high end. Lots of great content, no revenues, very little worth. Not none, but not much. Mark

Well, going by what I have seen adsense paying out latley, $100 in adsense would require quite a bit of traffic. Perhaps Adsense is the incorrect use of the site to monetize it?
Why don't you tell us the site yoli? |

Nine months old is still a bit new. I do not think it will be able to fetch this price. Unless you have got solid quality content that can substain the adsense otherwise it will be unlikely to be considered for that price.
Best of luck to your search for the best price. |

I would think perhaps 10x the monthly income - if you have made that monthly income consistently for a few months. You might get around $1000 for it. It's not impossible to get more, it also depends on who is looking to buy at the time you advertise. I have sold a brand new site with no traffic for $1000 in the past, so anything is possible. Realistically though I would think you'd fetch closer to $1000 than $2500.
