As US president election is coming, I got some spare time to think about it as expect people surely talk about it as come Nov but on the mean time I also wonder who will ever buy politics related niche?

你來不及. The election is less than 4 months away. Unless you have big bucks and tons of native English content with unique twists and interesting perspectives it won't work. Much of the drama and good stuff has been happening the last several months and is now over.

But it's not too early to start working towards 2020.

    Just my opinion.

well the main point is I curious why there are politics niches where by seriously got people buy?

unless they want to become politicians in future.

The politics niche moves real fast, you need to on it and posting several times a day. And as far as monetization goes you will probably have to stick with things like adsense and CPA offers, especially the offers where you take short political surveys with email submit.

People with more money than brains. Politics and elections in this country are just a show for the unenlightened. Like any other carnival or circus, the big sellers are souvenirs.

You don't stay boxed into the niche.

Instead, you look at the demographics/psychographics.

Political leanings usually DO tell you quite a bit about what your audience might or might not buy. It's actually a BIG piece of building a customer profile.

That's pretty much Agora's entire business model:

Convert political traffic into newsletter sales for Financial and Alternative Health.

Pretty sure they're doing just fine.

And they aren't the only ones.

There are quite a few who do the same thing.

Personally, I have to wonder why people would want to go into this niche unless they are already established there?

Why not spend your time and effort in a proven money niche?

Just because politics is the topic of the day for a few more months doesn't mean people are willing to spend money with you in that niche.

What are you going to sell? Once in the niche, how are you going to keep the activity level up after November?

If you've got time to attack a new niche, why not go where the money is? You're not doing what successful marketers do.

for political niche you will have to be very active to keep up as a lot is happening these days but once the election is done than the activity level will drop that is not going to be good for you.
