I have read think and grow rich as well

But the best one i would say is called the ultimate sales machine by Chet Holmes a must for any entrepreneur

I enjoy reading The Wealthy Affiliate by George Kosch. A very candid book about affiliate marketing, very up to date, honest, trustworthy, and provides a wealth of information on how to succeed online for a lifetime.

My favourite ebook is: The Social Media Marketing Book by Dan Zarella.
This book is a basic overview of all the social media tools available to you as a marketer. It was short, easy to read and didn't try to make the topic more "impressive" or complicated than they were.

I've read Product Launch Formula, but, let me be honest... I don't believe that it's truth.
I remember, the author was writing about his first product launch. If I'm not mistaken, he send 297 emails, and got 297 sales. 100% conversion rate.

Are there marketers amoung us who succeeded the same way?

2. Many here have used PLF with great success.
