Getting a freelancer to create blogs

Can anyone recommend some wording to be used in a spec to put on Rentacoder for hiring someone to create a number of basic blogs.

rough details = wordpress blog, self-hosted, topics and keywords to be given

will they need a separate domain for each blog? cpanel / ftp access

Do you need the blogs created or do you need content for the blogs?

Do you need a customized template or just someone to help you set up the self-hosted blog?

I would describe what you want and then edit so you can pick the keywords after.

Be really specific and outline what you need. If you don't know, I have done some set ups and handle all of mine and can help you target it a bit better.

Most hosts have one click operations to get people going. If you need a customized template I can recommend someone.
