How can I do sideways salesletter launch with affiliates & track sales thru their links

Hello Warriors. I am wanting to do a re-launch of a product I have but this time with affiliates -- and I want to use a sideways sales letter aka Jeff Walker style.

I am wondering if I can do this style of launch using Paydotcom.com or clickbank.com and my affiliates still get commissioned for sales? If I'm asking affiliate/JV to send people to my first installment landing page and the prospect signs up on my list, I am not sure how the affiliates get tracked on that. Espcially in light of the fact that the new prospect will now be on my list and getting subsequent installment emails from me up til launch.

Anyone know? I'm sure I'm missing something. Thanks for any help you may offer.
