Depends on how long you want to wait for it and what you're willing to do to get it. If you can wait a while (a week or so) then you could write a few articles for Associated Content. They usually pay about $3 to $4 per article but you have to wait for it to be approved, wait to be paid (Wednesdays, I believe) and, I think, you have to be a U.S. citizen.

If you need the money faster you can, as suggested, perform some sort of service for someone. Generally these are tedious tasks that nobody wants to do in the first place, like writing 100-300 word reviews for something or other or submitting their websites to directories manually or writing articles on some horrendously boring keyword or other. Plus, the pay is usually pretty low. Still, it's quick cash if you need it and are willing to put up with doing it just long enough to get the cash you need.

You could also, of course, sell something on eBay or some other auction site. Just make the auction last a day or so and put up something you know people want and price it at the amount you're looking for but far below its actual value. Since you're pricing it below what it's actually worth you'll be losing some money so don't do it with anything truly valuable.

If I had to choose one I'd say offer a service. It's the fastest way to get the money but, like I said, you'll probably be doing something so mind numbingly boring that it'll feel like it takes a lot longer.
