Hello
I have the Full right to 150 videos workouts but i need to know how to use it to make more money.
1) Sell the PLR Rights
2) Start a Youtube Channel
3) Start a Membership

What idea do you think is more profitable ?

The problem is that if you bought full rights, others can it too... often people will search for lowest PLR rights...

Maybe starting a YouTube channel to upload your videos.

Then, try build a subscriber list in a fitness niche around workout programmes etc. You could send out full workout routines, with each each exercise and even provide the YouTube link for a tutorial. You could do this in a few ways:

    - Full body workout
    - Upper body workout
    - Lower body workout
    - Muscle group specific workout (e.g chest, or back, or legs, or arms)

I would advise giving this away is free content to help grow a relationship with your subscribers.
Then from their you could potentially create your own products and services which you could offer to them down the line. Don't be afraid to give the content away for free, it is an option

Or alternatively start a beginner workout membership. Noobies always need to correct their form and technique in the gym, as does every lifter, but especially those starting out, simply for safety reasons.

Initially, you could send give them a number of videos to download, with a short description. By giving them a random array of videos such as (bench press, calf raises and ab crunches) they may not know how they can piece them together (because they aren't the same muscle group, they don't know sets, reps, weight etc) and feel it is necessary to learn more from your beginner membership, hence a sale.

I hope this helped in some way.
    All the best!

If you're not going to add to the videos

If the videos are the end all be all, then I'd Build a List and space them out with messages in between over a year.

if not that, then Sell the PLR Rights

    2) Start a Youtube Channel

you have no idea what kind of attention rate they'll get and you are competing with thousands of videos in your niche with passionate people. unless you're putting yourself and your expertise out there then no...

    3) Start a Membership

if you're just going to use the videos then id say no again... because again, unless you're putting yourself and your expertise out there you're competing with passionate people

Before they become your customer they need to be your follower.

You're not speaking to all weight lifters out there, just the ones that like your take on weight lifting..

if you're not adding to the videos u got. then use them as content for your list or sell them

    best of luck,

I agree with opening a channel would be your best bid, either youtube or vimeo just as good. Once you drive enough traffic to ur videos you can start gaining money through ads

    Here's what I'd do.

Create a content-rich blog with email optin.

engage your reader with blog updates and email updates.

Create a private membership site with a lower barrier to entry ($9 - $29), low barrier if you make continuity.

Post the videos in the private members area.

You should hire a copywriter to write the sales for you. If you can afford it, hire a copywriter for your email to, since that will be the "mind funnel" (lack of a better term) that leads them to think your membership is what they need (and need it now).

Also, if you purchased it as PLR, it wont hurt you (unless they suck).

Its a huge niche, so its not like you'll come across a crowd of people that have seen the videos.

I've literally had customers buy the same product 6 months later and not realize until I sent them an email about it.

Fitness niche are some buy-happy jumpers, but only after you get pass their thick scepticism (which comes from being burned alot by other vendors).
