Tried to find any info on this but...

Is there some definitive OTO pricing strategy that everyone follows?

What I was thinking regarding my info product....

(never mind the wording here .. just worried about pricing)

Checkout for info product = $47

OTO (improve results from original product) = $37

OTO (additional stuff here to use product a better) = $27

OTO (monthly access to fb group about product a) = $9.95 recurring

Must all OTO's go from low to high? Is there some formula that everyone uses to determine target OTO pricing?

Thanks for any links or suggestions... would love to read more about this

If I was a buyer who was short on time, I would pay a significant premium for a 'done for you' service based on the product

I would also expect the first product to be complete, so that any oto's were not required to get results.

regarding the "first product to be complete" I take it you haven't been through a top selling clickbank funnel in any niche?

So, what I would have done would be, given away the product for $47 and made the first OTO $37 and the second $37 as well including the Facebook group access...

Now most people won't want to pay as such for the facebook group I think, so include that on the second OTO and make it as an ULTIMATE upgrade or something like that...

Or a second option would be,

    Main product- $47
    First OTO - $17
    Second OTO - $17
Third (Ultimate) ONLY FEW SPOTS LEFT OTO - $37 (Including the facebook group)

What I think of OTOs are, that they provide additional value to the front end product, so it shouldn't appear as if buying a new product all together, so try to keep it low-low and then sudden hike to add some "FEW SPOTS LEFT" thing to show how valuable the final OTO is, and the first two OTOs are kept low priced so that people can be like "meh, I spent $47, lets spent $17 as well"

    Hope that makes sense.
