I don't believe this is talked about enough. I see people saying make money this way and do it this way but i believe if you aren't organised it can really slow you down and effect you. Having your work messy and unorganized just seems to demotivate me quite a bit.

I always wondered do you guys actually use physical folders, notebooks etc?

How do you guys organise everything so that you can get your day to day activities done smoothly and effectively?

    I keep everything related to my businesses on my laptop, physical documents which are important are usually scanned and saved on my laptop as well. I usually keep backups of all these documents.

    I tend to create folders (non physical) for everything. Financial & Budgetting, Tasks & Resources, Videos/Content, and so on and so forth. Basically a folder for everything. Gives you quick access which saves you time looking for those folders/files.

    Mostly just folders on my Laptop. I have a couple of hard Notebooks I do keep on my desk to scribble a few notes here and there

    I use excel sheets, word documents, notepad files, etc. I like to have as much as I can be digital. I also use Evernote and dropbox quite a bit. Every file, email has to have a place. I know how you feel. It seems like being an entrepreneur requires a constant battle against clutter and inefficiency. There's no one there to tell you the best way to do things, so you have to figure out what works best through trial and error. And if you don't, you end up wasting precious time each day being less efficient than you could be.

    Also... make sure you use a password manager. You will save yourself sooo much time and frustration. Free option is Last Pass. Paid option is Roboform.

    i use a note pad to do list every day..

    im in two niche so i have those folders on my desktop and each of those folders i have these folder:

    Email Funnel

    Posts

    Videos

    Copy

    that's it, it works for me
