Best Affiliate Network to launch an SEO Service

I got question for those who have experience as advertisers on affiliate networks.
I have run in house program before, and only had experience with ShareASale as an affiliate network from advertiser side.
I realized from my experience with ShareASale that you need to be with the network that work best for your product ( my previous program for cashback, and while i got some leads, it wasn't really idea for that type ).
Anyone have an experience in affiliate networks as an advertiser ? any suggestion or recommendation for what network would be ideal for such a product ? I looked into ClickBank, but from the advertisers they have before sign up, doesn't sounds like a good place for launch a service ( more of a place for selling a product ).
