Best autoresponder/shopping cart for the $$?

INTERNET MARKETING

I need an autoresponder program and an easy to use shopping cart WITH merchant account. I have a merchant account but no one's been able to help me integrate it, so a shopping cart service where I don't need it would be useful.

I'm web savvy but not great on the techy end. What would you guys recommend, especially when $$'s an issue for me right now?
