Hard Truths About 1-To-1 And Group Coaching

Truth being said, in front of your parents, your coach / mentor / teacher or whatever you called it is just being polite to them out of respect.

That's all.

But in training, if you DON'T do what your coach tells you or you think his way is old school and yours is better but got no results to show for, you will be in for a very hard time.

This is one of the most painful lesson I learn through my growing up years and still learning.

Physically and mentally.

I am not just talking about sports - in which most my fellow S'poreans ranted about Joseph Schooling's gold medal triumph in recent Olympic swimming final.

Or army or school as those are basic processes we all went through in life.

Same goes for work

I am talking about internet marketing as well.

While it is good to be creative, it is better to make sure what you think and do is in the interest of what your mentor tells you.

And I can tell you most of the time, though there are rare exceptional individuals who are gifted and produce results fast, what you think may NOT be always what your mentor thinks.

Just because you see your prospects that way because they tell you so and feel like helping them that way,

It does not mean your mentor thinks that way as well.

In a serious coaching program, you have to do what your mentor tells you exactly.

Especially when you got 0 results to show for.

And when you are in a team, you need to inspire others to do the same in order to progress and achieve success as a team.

Think Leicester City and now Man U be it under Sir Alex Freguson or Jose Mourinho.

If not, you will out of the team and the program which could move you to greater heights.
Some of you may not like to read this.

Neither do I initially in my younger days.

But that is the hard core fundamental truth of what mentors think and believe what it takes to succeed.

It is NOT just how hard you work and think is best for yourself.

It is also whether WHAT you do means ANYTHING of value to the people around you and involved with you.
