What do you need help with exactly? What do you need to organize? Do you mean tasks? Receipts? |

| Hello Hav, I have a to do list in front of me all day. The most important task is number-1 and number-2 follows and so on. I leave a small amount of room for notes between numbers and then check off each one as it is accomplished. Limit your use of eMail or visiting forums until you have accomplished several tasks. A break every 2 or 3-hours for 10 to 30-minutes will refresh yourself You can make some daily worksheets in Word, then print out a week worth and keep them on a small clipboard next to your computer. I also use Post-its (smaller version) to post something that I need to work sometime as the day progresses. I put only 1 or 2 on the top bar of my computer screen. There are many ways for you to change this idea to suite your style. The main point is to prioritize your tasks and do the most important thing first All the Best |

My partner and I use a site called Huddle.net to keep organized. It's for online collaboration and project management. Its really useful for keeping your tasks in order and on time. I think they have a free 30 day trial no payment info needed.

Franklin Covey's method is a great way to organize. He uses the ABC and 123 method to organize. Here it is in a nutshell. A (High) tasks are tasks that must absolutely be done today or it won't be the same. These tasks are extremely time sensitive. For example, attending a Birthday party, attending a Court appearance, finishing a presentation tonight for tomorrow's seminar. These cannot be pushed back. B (Medium) tasks are also important, but can be slightly postponed and it will not impact their integrity. For example, buying a birthday present. You can postpone it a few times...but on the day before...it will become an "A" task. The week before it was a B task. Another good example includes creating reports that are due in 1-2 weeks. You have some time...but it's not indefinite. C (low) tasks are in the lower ranks. These need to get done eventually and can get postponed. The 123 is used to prioritize within the letters. So A1 is more important than A2. But both trump B1, B2 and C1. Get it? It's a great way to start getting organized. Here's an example: A1 Attend U2 Concert tonight A2 Buy new clothes for U2 concert tonight B1 Finish report on PLR videos for next Monday C1 Do laundry Maybe not the best list...but it gives you a good way of prioritizing things in life. With the traditional method, you simply keep moving things over each day via pencil/paper and reorganizing in the morning until they get done. Hope this helps. I personally use RememberTheMilk to log tasks via PC, Web, iPhone and I use Get Things Done! - The Action Machine to setup my day and get stuff cranked out. |

I personally use Microsoft Outlook. You can add various tasks and things you have to do during the day, sync it with your phone, have alerts and all the stuff. I just set it up to show "Outlook Today" when I start the computer. Once a task is done, you can click a checkbox and it's crossed out. Oh, and you can also send and receive email with it ![]() That's what I have and you don't have to buy any fancy software for organizing stuff. Chris |

You First need to get organized internally before orgazing in outward World....For this purpose, I will give you a very simplve but VERY effective SUGGESTION i learnt from a GREAT International GURU,Motivational and Public Speaker Brian Tracy, Here It Goes::::: "If you Have two taskes before you.Start with biggest, hardest and most important task first.Discipline yourself to start it immediately and then to persist persist until task is complete before you go on to something else." Regards |
