Default Question about social bookmarking rss feeds using tools like rssbot and socialbot

For social bot, there are about a hundred or so social bookmarking sites listed. Let's say I have a one page blog site or ezine article that I want to bookmark, would I just add the url and hit submit to every single social bookmarking sites or would I have to do it 5-10 at a per day per article or something? Would submitting to all 100 at once cause my sites/articles to get ghosted from the search engines or is does it not matter since google doesn't spider these sites evryday?

If you can submit them all at once, how often can you submit/resubmit your articles to the same social bookmarking site? Every 3 or so days? Should you create a new account when doing so?

You can submit to all of them in one sitting if you have the time and effort to do it manually - search engines wont flag it. You dont have to submit the articles again and again very frequently - probably once a month would do, and new accounts are just what wont raise suspicion. You can use tool like Traffic Bug to do the automatic bookmarking for you (you can set the 'aggression level' in this software so it looks natural to the search engines- links are made out over a period of time. There is a free 11 day trial on their site.

Using different accounts is a good idea, but if you are going to be submitting on a frequent basis you should look into using proxy servers. If you are submitting a bunch of times to the same site with multiple accounts, but they are coming from the same server. They might not like it. But if you are only submitting once a month to each site that is overkill.

Multiple accounts is always a good idea though. Don't out all your eggs in 1 basket.

Here is a site that lists available proxies: FASTEST PROXIES LIST FREE . FAST NEW FRESH FREE PUBLIC PROXY
