Looking for HTML/Sales template

Hey Warriors,

I can make a site from html, looks quite ghetto, but I can make one, so I am capable of using html. I am just wondering, I am making a static website for a family member of mine, and was looking for a template for it, like a sales page. I won't be selling on it, not directly, I just like the layout on them.

Do you have any suggestions for what I use? I know there is alot on the internet, but I would rather you guys/girls who have used certain ones (sifted through the rubbish) to help me.

I would really prefer it to be of no cost, as I am not getting paid for it

You can use Wordpress template around which you can build your site.

I personally create a simple template for myself and use it. Never bought a template till now.
