What are your favourite Chrome extensions?

I personally use:
- LastPass for password management
- Grammarly for revising my writing
- Pocket to save articles to read later (I abuse it, lol)
- The Great Suspender for tab management as I am one of those people that open 150 tabs at the same time for no apparent reason
- Momentum, just because I like to open at awesome places when I open a new tab

I tried a lot of extensions over the years but these are the ones that have remained.

What are your favorite extensions?

Those are some really good ones (grammarly and great suspender are awesome!). People underestimate how much more efficient you can become with the right extensions

Check out this list from Authority Hacker: The 33 Best Chrome Extensions For Online Marketers

    It's got some great ones.

I prefer FireFox- it has the Best features. I tried all other browsers and found them wanting in one area or other. FF was the Best.

    1. Imagus
Awesome extension. With it, I can just hover my mouse over a picture and I will see the original size of the picture. Or if someone post a link to a picture, I can just hover my mouse over the link and see the picture, no need to click it. Also works for videos.
    2. Grammarly
For someone who isn't native English, this extension helps me with the English language. It scan every word I write and then tell me if something is wrong. Perfect for blog posts
    3. Lastpass
Using Lastpass to save my passwords. Also, since it can come up with passwords, I don't have to use my regular ones.

    Evernote Web Clipper

It lets you save articles, pages, or just sections of a page to your notes so you don’t have copy anything or write anything down.

i use linkclump a lot for PPV:

    https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...kobnkbkmelfefj

"Linkclump gives you the ability to drag a selection box around links using your mouse to quickly open as new tabs, open in new window, save as bookmarks, or copy to clipboard. "

Everyone loves Adblock Plus, LastPass but a few I haven't seen anyone else mention is Totally Awesome Screenshot and Open Multiple URLS which is awesome when you have a list of things to do you can open as many URLS at once instead of opening the tabs and pasting them in one at a time.

I just looked at my list of current Chrome plugins and see Google docs, Google docs offline, Google Sheets and Google slides.

Great list of extensions in this thread so far. I'll probably add most of the ones mentioned here to test them out and see if I like them.

I'm quitting Chrome due to their latest update that ridiculously disables the Backspace key working as a Back button. I've used Backspace as back for probably 20 years and to suddenly have this disabled is more than enough to make me quit Chrome forever.

Their reasoning is also absurd, claiming that if you're in a form and hit Backspace you'll loose your text, that's false because if you're in a form the Backspace key acts as Backspace, it only does "Back" when you're not in a form.

I know they created an extension to add this feature back, but the extension requires giving permission to view and modify all my information - I don't think so, so goodbye forever Google Chrome.

I don't know where to start

AdBlock and ImTranslator is the first on my list, but my favoruite is Honey which is a coupon site for almost everywhere (Godaddy, Ebay, Udemy etc.) and it automatically ads all the coupons that's out there, so Honey is definitely the best!

I love Grammarly too and I'm leaning towards investing in the Premium version because I'm thinking it's almost a "must have" if you wish to create lots of professional blog posts and articles. It is a considerable investment though. That said I'm going to trial it for a month to see how much I use it.

I suspect I may find it an invaluable tool and eventually will have to go for the discount annual option. I always considered myself to be pretty decent at creative writing and English usage but when I ran my last blog post through the Grammarly check it found that there were 19 issues with my draft! I guess it's subscribe or back to school for me!

I use Print Friendly for printing anything from the web. It's better than printing straight from the page where you get a lot of garbage. You can delete stuff you don’t want before printing or save to pdf.
