    For both quizilla and kaboodle, you
    can register for free. Then go
    to your account or User CP,
    fill in your website to get
    backlinks for free from those
    high PR sites.

    But the PR is high only for
    the homepage, not the
    inner page. But still, you will
    get the link juice and see the
    results of your website
    rank on google.
