How to stop being a small player and scale up to 5-6 figures/day?

Listen guys...

If you are one of those marketers who just wants to make a quick $1-$3k/month - this post isn't for you.

You should exit this page right now as the big numbers I'll talk about here might scare you.

If you're ambitious to make 5-6/day and beyond through CPA/Affiliate Marketing, this post is for you.

These are the steps to do it:-

1. Think big - the most important step in the process is to start thinking big, if you don't think big you won't get big results. You think making $20k/day is hard?

Guess what?

It doesn't take a lot of extra effort to manage a $20k/day campaign than it takes to manage a $500/day campaign. How do I know?

Because, I've had several $20k/days.

First you need to realise the possibility and then think big.

2. You don't need to Crawl, Walk and Then Run (B.S. Advice) - You need to start running ASAP.

You're not L.D Caprio in the Revenant to Crawl, most of you are already good, just run.

Go Aggressive, spend hours learning techniques and strategies that can help you build a large scale business and then go implement what you learned.

3. Don't roll with small campaigns -

There are a few niches and campaigns you can't scale up.

Ex - Water Purifiers, calendaring, kids toys, etc.

It isn't 100x harder to roll out a Large Scale campaign that might make you 5-6 figs, sure it's going to take some more testing but it isn't that hard as you probably think it is.

You can't buy a Rolls Royce if you keep wasting your cash on Toyotas.

Niches like - Bizopp, Diet, Skincare, Gaming, etc. work really good and help you make some big cash.

4. Take this seriously-

Yep, if you really want to go big - You need to start taking this business seriously.

Most of you run this business like a "hobby", you don't work when you don't want to - this is a recipe to disaster especially if you're just starting out.

Time to dress well and get to work, and crush it! so you can reach a point in life when you don't have to work a lot anymore.

5. Work more, not hard -

Don't work hard.

What's hard to you isn't hard to me,

If something is too hard to do, find a way to outsource that.

Work more - do more things, do more tests, run more campaigns, scale up more....and so on.

Work more, time to outsource and delegate guys - get more things moving and done - don't get stuck.

6. Build a team-

Once you make some good cash, you can just build a team - **** outsourcers.

You can't scale up your business until you hire a team that's working for you.

Hire people from the Phillipines to do things for you, they're the best, (and the cheapest )

7. Gain an edge - Dominate your sector and gain unfair advantages.

Have access to resources your competitors don't have.

Have access to private offers, better deals with advertisers, higher payouts than everyone else, etc.

Sounds like a cult? not really!

Just a differentiation factor.

Don't be like the rest of the sheep, be unique and be as powerful and resourceful as a lion.

8. Test and Scale like a maniac- The name of the game is testing and scaling up!

The more you can test and scale up, the faster you can grow.

Of course, you need a budget for that - go out there and raise money.

From Investors, Family, or whoever.

And turn it around.

Hope you enjoyed the post.

Thanks
Ace R

Might sound a little aggressive, but in my opinion you absolutely nailed it. Of course its not "easy" to scale from 500$/day to 20,000$/day, but its doable and involves testing, testing, testing, together with trying completely new things and mix them up with currently working ones.

    Cool post

It might shock you but in my experience it's the simple things! Once you have something that you can make money with then it's simply scaling with the right websites...

Yep, Ol' Ace and his joined-at-the-hip buddy AronParker are two newish members I've learned to stay upwind of when they post.

Has either one of them made a post the other hasn't thanked?

  • You will also have to come to the realization that almost all businesses run in cycles.

Unless you have a company in the top 1% of the 1% then you are at some point going to hit a downcycle that will cause a loss in your personal profit as a owner of that company.

In explanation to Internet Marketing - you will not have a 6 figure day everyday. People say six figure days but it's really months of work behind it or weeks if you are one of the very gifted.

true, but baby steps. I think.

I have been through it all the UPS and the DOWNS.

I use to make $40 a day. And now doing consistantly like $800-$900 USD per day.

There is not really much difference, you just have to test, track, and tweak things constantly. ITs a full time job, but if you are a REAL MARKETER you will be writing down what works, and what doesnt.

They say you have to SPEND MONEY to make more MONEY!, that is true, but i like to think of it as you have to WORK hard, but WORK SMART too.

sometimes campaigns have a half life, meaning they will not work forever. They have a shelf life and come to an end eventually. People get sick of the same ads, or banner ads. etc.

So these must be taken into consideration when you doing all this.

Also, my biggest tip, when you find a winner, scale up fast, and hammer it fast. Then work out angles around your ad to keep it going. Celebrities, stock market crashes, latest news, shocking pics work well usually.

That is the fun thing with marketnig and scaling up your business. When you do it properly, one day is never the same as the next.

        You said it.

The OP did not, because he does not know anything.

For me, I did not test and track, I simply got surprised by going from $40
to a $1000 - and back. When dealing with G the search engine everything
you do comes as a daily surprise. It's called "rollercoast marketing"

i hate and love it at the same time

This is a growing trend amongst 'coaches'. They're basically teaching "there's always someone that's even dumber than you... just rip off basic information and post on WF and you'll appear as a guru to someone. Then coach them."

Agreed, alot of marketers who tell of huge profits and simple strategies, rarely if at "spill the beans"

leaving the beginners wondering "How the f.. do I do that?"
What platform do you use to generate thousands of would be buyers?
Do you use banner ads or text ads?
Where does the newbie marketer go to learn these high quality, high targeted traffic sources?
Where does the newbie begin to "SCALE UP?"
      What are you selling ?

The list is endless..without proper guidance on some of these issues, the newbie marketer will go broke or go into debt just to "figure it out" on their own.

I know I know ...test, test, test, split test, test again, remains the "go to" comment.

If you take nothing else from this thread, take this.

I've watched marketers (and done this myself) run test after test, never writing anything down. At some point, there's enough data that it's hard to keep the successes and failures straight. Or you have a brilliant idea, not realizing that this brilliant idea has already failed twice.

You should have some kind of work journal. You could use a simple Word document or spreadsheet. I prefer to use a program like Evernote. Each project gets a folder. At each stage, I make a note of what I'm trying to accomplish, what the test consists of, and where I am at the start of the test. At the conclusion of the test, I make a note of what the results were, and why I think I got the result I did. Along the way, I add screen shots and copies of emails, etc. so I can refer back to them rather than relying on my memory.
